VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
Editor
Editors of SeaGlass Lit will revise and edit staff pieces prior to posting on the website as well as editing submissions for the magazine.
Submission Reader
Submission readers will work with the Directors of Literature and Poetry to make decisions for submitted pieces.
Graphic designer
You will join the art department and create designs for merch as well as help with cover designs. You need to have digital art abilities as all creations will be original.
You must be at least 13 to apply and no older than 30.

INTERNAL TEAM POSITIONS
Finance Director
You will be primarily in charge of SeaGlass’s finances, such as spending, fundraising, and selling. You should have good math skills and a working knowledge of google sheets. You will work with the PR department in concerns relating to sponsorship. This is a board position
Twitter Manager
You will handle our Twitter account and be primarily responsible for posting on that site. You will need to coordinate and communicate with the Instagram manager.
WEBSITE MANAGER
You will be responsible for the design, upkeep, and general management of our website. It is hosted on WordPress, so experience is preferred as there is a learning curve. You will be overseen by Maria (PR Director) and work closely with all departments to ensure all the information is up to date and accurate.
Contest Director
You will be in charge of creating and running all contests we host. You will work closely with the marketing, submissions, and PR departments.
TIKTOK MANAGER
You will be responsible for managing our new TikTok account! You will work alongside the rest of the marketing department and under the PR Director. You will edit and create videos, analyze the audience, and keep track of trends.
JOURNAL DIRECTOR
You will be running the online journal and managing the staff writers. You will be responsible for posting pieces on the journal. This is a board position.
Program Manager
You will be in charge of planning and managing any programs we come out with. May be open for 2 people to be co-managers. You will work closely with all departments, depending on the program.
HR Manager
You will be in charge of hiring for the magazine, managing volunteers, and handling internal disputes (if there are any). You will also be in charge of team building and managing time offs. You will work closely with everyone.
You must be at least 15 to apply and no older than 30.
