VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
Sub Reader, Editor, and Reviewer applications are open until August 3
Resident Artist
You will join the art department and create designs for merch, journal post covers, issue covers, and other misc designs. You need to have digital art drawing abilities as all creations will be original.

Reviewer
You will provide feedback for pieces using our signature rating system. You will work alongside editors and submission readers. Training will be provided upon acceptance.

Editor
You will be responsible for providing edits for the pieces being published in our issues. You will provide grammatical and syntactical edits while maintaining the author’s style and intended meaning. Training will be provided upon acceptance.

Submission Reader
You will be responsible for reading submitted pieces and making the decision of which pieces to include in the issue. Training will be provided upon acceptance.

You may occupy multiple positions (we don’t recommend more than 2 though) but you will have to do training for both.
You must be at least 13 to apply and no older than 30.
INTERNAL TEAM POSITIONS
TikTok Manager
– You will create TikToks for SeaGlass Literary
– You will coordinate with the Marketing Director for announcement posts
– You will create your own ideas for TikToks
– You will post consistently and monitor the analytics and DM’s
Training Manager
– Work closely and collaborate with the HR Director, Editor-in-Chief, and Submission Director to plan Bootcamps and Training sessions.
– Set up and reset Bootcamps as needed.
– Lead and facilitate Bootcamp sessions.
– Oversee volunteers to ensure the successful completion of their training.

Internal team applications may require an interview.
