VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
Graphic designer
You will join the art department and create designs for merch as well as help with cover designs. You need to have digital art abilities as all creations will be original.
Reviewer
You will provide feedback for pieces using our signature rating system. You will work alongside editors and submission readers.
ISSUE EDITOR
You will be responsible for providing edits for the pieces being published in our issues. You will provide grammatical and syntactical edits while maintaining the author’s style and intended meaning. Training will be provided upon acceptance.
STAFF WRITER
You will write pieces for our online journal.
COPY EDITOR
Copy editors will be responsible for non-issue related editing for our Peer Editing service. You will provide grammatical and syntactical edits for a variety of pieces. This is a paid service so you will be entitled to receiving a small fee for each piece you edit. Experience is preferred, but you will be trained no matter your background in editing.
You may occupy multiple positions (we don’t recommend more than 2 though) but you will have to do training for both.
You must be at least 13 to apply and no older than 30.

INTERNAL TEAM POSITIONS
THREADS Manager
You will be in charge of starting up our Threads account and managing that aspect of our social media. You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team.
ART DIRECTOR
You will be in charge of managing the graphic designers, helping decide issue cover pallets, manage the redbubble store, and will have the opportunity to design covers for our issues. This is a board position.
WEBSITE MANAGER
You will be in charge of updating and managing our website. Experience with wordpress is preferred.
PROGRAMS ASSISTANT
You will be assisting the Director of Programs with expanding new programs for our magazine. Your work alongside the Director will be to execute events, contest, and programs.
You must be at least 15 to apply and no older than 30.
